B2Six was engaged by a customer in the finance industry vertical to assist in a large-scale project to virtualise a fleet 2,500 laptops as part of a divestiture of a business unit. They were facing high operational costs and security concerns with their existing physical device fleet and wanted to move the 2,500 users to a VDI environment that could be centrally managed, and cost optimised. B2Six assisted in assessing the existing desktop fleet for feasibility to move to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), a comprehensive desktop and app virtualization service running on the cloud.
